*Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Participants shall be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.

Participants’ registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, registration materials, entrance to Welcome Cocktail Reception, Welcome Dinner and Half-day Tour.

An acknowledgement email will be sent within 24 hours after the completion of registration. Thereafter, a separate confirmation email will also be issued to you after your payment is verified.

Registration Policy
  • FULL PAYMENT for the Conference must be received in order to confirm your registration. To qualify the package rate or early bird rate, please settle the full payment on or before 27 July 2018. Otherwise, the outstanding registration fee will be automatically changed to the regular rate.
  • Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted. For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 8 September 2018 will not be processed. Participants will have to register onsite during the official registration counter’s opening hours.
  • All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
  • The participant list will be published on the Conference website By registering, participants agree that their name, company, city and country appear on the participant list. Participants can request to have their name removed from the list at any time by emailing to the Conference Secretariat:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If, for any reason, the Conference, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Conference venue becomes unavailable, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the Conference. In such event, the Organiser shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organiser arising there from.
  • For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat by emailing to and provide such information as the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s). Cancellation before 15 July 2018 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of registration fee per participant and refunds will only be made after the completion of the Conference. In the event of late cancellation (after 15 July 2018) or no-show, request of refund will not be entertained.
  • If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcomed at NO extra charge provided written notification is given to the Conference Secretariat by 31 August 2018.
